鉅亨網新聞中心央行在公開市場持續釋放流動性，但近來 A 股節前效應明顯，交投萎靡，走勢不振。截至 19 日收市，滬綜指報 3101 點，跌 11 點或 0.38%；深成指報 9768 點，跌 36 點或 0.37%；創業板指報 1844 點，跌 1 點或 0.09%。兩市量能嚴重萎縮，共成交 2979 億元 (人民幣，下同)。分析指出，節前資金面持續緊張，兩市今日量能依舊沒有改觀，預計節前出現明顯行情概率較低。香港《文匯報》報導，盤面上，多數板塊下跌，僅農藥獸藥、醫療、公用事業、軟件服務、銀行、有色金屬、券商等板塊微漲，電信運營板塊領跌兩市，中國聯通重挫超 5%，貴金屬、保險、鋼鐵、石油等行業板塊亦跌幅居前。樂視網臨時停牌，原因是「公共傳媒出現關於樂視網的信息，可能對公司股票交易價格產生較大影響」。前日有傳華為內部通報，華為消費者終端業務的六名前中高層領導帶了內部資料到樂視、酷派。之後樂視發佈聲明稱消息純屬造謠構陷。昨 (19) 日正常交易的 2862 檔股票中有 1007 檔股票上漲，黑貓股份、同力水泥、同濟堂等 41 檔股票漲停，但多以次新股為主，105 檔股票漲幅超 3%。在下跌的 1769 檔股票中，仰帆控股、華媒控股、上海普天等 10 檔股票跌停，52 檔股票跌幅超 5%，151 檔股票跌幅超 3%。值得注意的是，滬深股市主要指數縮量整固，但整個市場賺錢效應驟降，跌停股票數量大增，這在一定程度上挫傷了市場的人氣。從資金流向上看，1 月 5 日以來滬深兩市已經連續 11 日遭遇主力資金淨流出，其中 11 日、12 日和 13 日淨流出規模均超過 200 億元，投資者離場意圖堅決。分析認為，農曆春節前資金面持續緊張，兩市今日量能依舊沒有改觀，預計節前出現明顯行情概率較低。中證網 20 日援引南京證券研究所所長周旭分析，近期市場的一大特點是資金快進快出，看短做短情緒濃厚。一方面，當下時點與去年 10 月初不同，彼時尚有備足彈藥的險資作為主力部隊，此時公募等機構投資者面臨年底考核和春節假期，目前行情主要是遊資參與。遊資各自為戰，難以形成合力。另一方面，今年春節較早，受節前效應影響，場內情緒較為謹慎，場外資金多在觀望。雖然市場內熱點切換頻繁，但響應者寥寥。從歷史經驗來看，滬深兩市每一輪震盪企穩背後都會出現新的上行催化劑，形成新的領漲主線。申萬宏源證券指出，市場自身的調整更加充分了，市場的性價比在回檔中已明顯提升，現在市場自身的狀態已經開始往 2016 年 2 月底的狀態逐漸靠攏了。市場的性價比不斷提高，預計上行催化依然主要是經濟增長預期的改善。1 月信貸可能再超預期，臨近兩會市場對於經濟增長預期的修復，強週期方向業績兌現，三、四線城市地產超預期等催化劑還是可以期待。

I hope this race can change the KMT’s ‘fixer culture.’”Speculation about Hau’s potential withdrawal emerged after he pledged in his candidacy announcement to withdraw from the election if a candidate would promise not to use the leadership post as a stepping stone for their political career and help find the best candidates for next year’s local elections and the 2020 presidential race.Asked whether his ultimate plan is to run for a mayoral post in the local elections, Hau said all that matters is finding good candidates who have a good chance of winning.Separately yesterday, Hau expressed his support for “peaceful cross-strait unification” during a telephone interview with Hong Kong-based Phoenix Television, stressing that by “peaceful” he meant no one would be compelled.The unification Taiwan hopes for is one that occurs when both sides of the Taiwan Strait are free, democratic and prosperous, Hau said, adding that no timeline should be placed on the issue.Asked whether he acknowledges that both sides of the Taiwan Strait are part of “one China,” he said Beijing should first face up to the existence of the Republic of China.“The ‘1992 consensus’ and the ‘one China, different interpretations’ formula are the maximum consensus among the 23 million people of Taiwan,” Hau said, adding that the KMT has also supported stable and friendly cross-strait interactions.The “1992 consensus” refers to a tacit understanding between the KMT and the Chinese Communist Party that both sides of the Taiwan Strait acknowledge there is “one China,” with each side having its own interpretation of what “China” means. 農曆年節將至，蘆洲分局員警為了關懷地方弱勢，於歲末之際帶上精心設計的「雞寶寶Q頭」，前往樂山教養院與大家同歡，此院主要收容13到15歲領有手冊的智能障礙者，分局長也準備小小的加菜金，希望能盡一份心力，讓大家開心過個好年。

在舞蹈表演同時，員警們也舉辦防竊、防搶、反詐騙的犯罪預防宣導活動，用有獎徵答的方式，將防騙觀念帶入表演中，樂山的成員們看到平常嚴肅的員警，竟然帶著可愛雞頭活潑表演，覺得非常親切，甚至學著舞台上員警的動作跟著跳了起來，也相約以後一定要再一起過年！
